What that means is this: we know ERISA, the Department of Labor and IRS regulations inside and out. That includes both the spirit and the letter of these rules. As an independent fiduciary, we can:
With us on your side, you can count on lower fees and lower risk for both you and your participants.

MillenniuM Investment & Retirement Advisors, LLC

PlanAnalyzer

Take an In-Depth Look

At Your Retirement Plan’s Performance

Similar to an annual physical you’d receive from your doctor, our PlanAnalyzer is an investment evaluation tool that takes a deep dive into the performance of your retirement plan. By evaluating the effectiveness of investment committees, investment advisors and the prudence of plan investments relative to IRS and DOL rules, trust law, etc. we’re able to further assist you in building a successful retirement for you and your employees.

There are many benchmarking and plan review tools available in the marketplace, but most are simply an x-ray or MRI of an isolated area of a plan. PlanAnalyzer, however, is a full-body scan that roots out the problems that cause plan fiduciaries to find themselves in the crosshairs of litigators and regulators.

What Can PlanAnalyzer Do for You?

This tool can assess whether your investments add value based on key performance indicators in the past 6-year statute of limitations period. We believe this timeframe is a good indicator of changes in the market and how your portfolio will continue to react based on past performance.

Given the sharp increase in retirement plan litigation and Labor Department investigations, business owners and other plan fiduciaries now have an independent assessment tool that checks:

We Credit Our Clients

For Envisioning This Path

The individuals we work with continually challenge us as a firm and as a team. Their tough questions encourage us to prove our assertions are grounded in regulations. For years, we’ve searched for a tool to help us work seamlessly with our clients and better address their concerns but finding none, we set out to develop one. PlanAnalyzer further empowers us to remain diligent fiduciaries and always serve our clients to the best of our ability.

Business Owners & Plan Sponsors

We serve as an independent fiduciary. This takes fiduciary work off of your plate and limits your liability under ERISA. And since we’re a fee-only firm, we can offer unconflicted advice, which makes complying with new, stricter regulations easy.
Not only does our status as a fee-only fiduciary prevent us from making conflicted or self-serving advice, we can also help you find hidden conflicts that might exist in your arrangements with plan vendors — even if those conflicts aren’t disclosed.
We put our years of expertise in legal and tax codes, regulations and investing to work for you and your plan’s participants. It’s a full-service, multi-faceted approach you can count on.

ERISA Auditors

Our ERISA due diligence review is led by IRS Enrolled Agents and CPAs. The system they created — known as the P3 program (Pay, Performance and Parity) — ensures your clients’ plans remain fully ERISA compliant.

Do you find yourself wondering:

The answers to those questions are: no, but it can help you differentiate your business; our plan analyzer can give you a road map; the documentation you get from our plan analyzer helps you cover your bases. In addition to the plan analyzer, our services include:

Brokers & Advisors

We are a fiduciary consulting firm that can help you build and administer compliant retirement plans.

For Brokers:

It’s important to realize that your firm is on the hook for any actions your representatives take when it comes to ERISA. So we developed an assessment program to help you better supervise your reps while they work on retirement plans. This not only helps you protect the firm, it also helps your reps compete more effectively for new business.

For Advisors:

Building an ERISA practice, especially nowadays, is both a contact and a team sport. We work with you on both your offense and your defense, so you can build up your defined-contribution plan offerings and increase the value you bring to your clients.
